A Daily Prayer based on Genesis 13:5-14:24

Lord God, I worship you this day as the God Most High, the Creator of heaven and earth. I come before you today to ask not only for myself but also for ______________________ . I pray that you will bless each one of us and deliver us from any who wish us harm. May our unseen enemies, the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places, be delivered into our hands. I ask you to prosper us as you prospered Abraham. I pray that you will free us and our families from a quarreling spirit, and give us a yielding spirit that we may be able to find satisfying resolutions to conflict. Prompt us to go to war in the Spirit to free members of our immediate families or extended families who are in any kind of bondage, that they may be restored to their rightful place in your kingdom. I pray that you will prompt us often to build an altar in the Spirit to you, and worship you in spirit and in truth. I thank you that you have made great and grand promises to us, and I ask you to fulfill every one. May we come into full possession of the inheritance you have promised us in Christ. Lord Christ, we acknowledge you this day as our eternal priest after the order of Melchizedek. You have become our priest forever by the oath of God and by the power of your indestructible life. You are a high priest who is holy, innocent, unstained, separated from sinners, and exalted above the heavens. We worship you this day as the one who is able to save us completely, to save us at all times, because you always live to make intercession for us. I pray that we all will draw near to God through you that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in our time of need. It is in your name that I pray. Amen.

"There is no better way to pray according to the will of God than by praying his own word back to him. These daily prayers are crafted, as much as possible, to incorporate the very words of the Scripture."

Our churches are abandoning God, our families are in shambles. There is only one hope for restoration - the Lord Jesus Christ.
