A Daily Prayer based on Romans 11:25-36

Heavenly Father, I pray in Jesus’ name that ______________________ and I will grow in our understanding of the mystery of how you are dealing with the Jewish people. I pray that we will grasp the truth that you have caused Israel to experience a partial hardening of heart until the full number of the Gentiles has come in. Grant us the faith to believe that in this way there will come a massive spiritual awakening among the Jewish people and all Israel will be saved. We accept the truth that as far as the gospel is concerned, they may be enemies on our account, but that as far as election is concerned, they are still loved by you on account of the patriarchs. We affirm that your gifts and your call on the Jews to be your chosen people are irrevocable. We acknowledge that we who were at one time disobedient to you have now received mercy as a result of their disobedience. Open our eyes to see that they have become disobedient only in order that they too may one day receive mercy as a result of your mercy to us. You have bound all men - Jew and Gentile alike - over to disobedience so that you may have mercy on us all. We pray together for the Jewish people, that the day will quickly come on which the Deliverer will come from Zion and banish ungodliness from Jacob. We ask you to fulfill your covenant with them and take away their sins. I pray that as we reflect on your sovereign plan for the Jews, we will realize the depth of the riches of your wisdom and knowledge. May we see how unsearchable your judgments are, and how your paths are beyond tracing out. May we realize that no one has known your mind or become your counselor, and no one has ever given to you that you should repay him. May we never doubt that you are working out your plan in our lives even when it’s difficult for us to understand. We acknowledge you as the one from whom and through whom and to whom are all things, and we give you glory forever. Amen.

"There is no better way to pray according to the will of God than by praying his own word back to him. These daily prayers are crafted, as much as possible, to incorporate the very words of the Scripture."

Our churches are abandoning God, our families are in shambles. There is only one hope for restoration - the Lord Jesus Christ.
